Prodea Investments: Sold 4 properties for € 93 million

The properties were sold to scheme managed by Dromeus Capital Group. Reputedly, the scheme includes Ethniki Leasing and Blackstone.

The portfolio that Prodea REIC had put up for sale had the following total gross rental properties of approximately 37,000 square meters:

1. Mesogeion Ave. and Vas. Sofias 118, Athens, independent office building total area of ​​8,641,76 sq.m. (Developed in 3 basements, ground floor, loft, 8 floors and roof).

2. Piraeus Avenue 74-76, in Moschato, an independent office building totaling 12,443,46 sq.m. (Developed in basement, ground floor, 6 floors and roof).

3. Akademias Street 68 and Har.Triikoupi and Zoodochou Pigis, Athens, horizontal properties – office spaces, total surface of 5.501,00 sq.m. (Developed in 2 basements, ground floor, loft and 7 floors).

4. 178 Kifissias Ave and Agisilaou, Chalandri, shop, office floors and parking / storage space of 10,293,42 sq.m. (Developed in 4 basements, ground floor, loft and 3 floors).

The deal follows a series of real estate transactions in Greece over the past two years by Dromeus Capital, one of the most active players in the country’s real estate market. To date, it has executed transactions totalling € 250 million.

Dromeus’ latest moves include the acquisition of office space for sale by Bain Capital on 6th Street at Syntagma Square, for a price close to € 13.5m with tenants such as the EBRD, McKinsey, Bloomberg and others.
