Piraeus Leasing has put up for sale or lease 3 hotels in Rhodes and Corinth and 6 residential complexes in Mykonos for hospitality purposes.
In Rhodes, the 2 hotels that are functionally integrated are located on the Rhodes-Koskinos Highway, in the area of Kallithea. The complex consists of a 113-star 3-star hotel (215 beds) and a 76-room 2-star bungalow (152 beds). In Corinthia the hotel is has a capacity of 177 beds and extends to a plot of 7,596 sq.m. Also, available for sale or rent are 6 different residential complexes for hospitality use. Three of the complexes are located in Fanari, one is located in Paragheria Aspas, one in Panormos and one in Agia Sofia.
