Piraeus Bank: properties worth € 4.2 m sold in July
The bank sold 32 properties through its online platform properties4sale.gr.
Μore than 240 individuals and legal entities from Greece and abroad have expressed interest in submitting bids, in some cases for more than one property.
The registered users of the platform managed by Piraeus Real Estate exceed 13,600 people. The auction involved 23 properties, for which 69 bids were submitted. For 19 properties, 101 ‘Immediate Purchase’ requests were submitted prior to the auction process. The dates of the next auction will be announced shortly.
