Noval Property announced that it has acquired, after a tender process, an office building at 199 Kifisias Avenue in Marousi, formerly owned by HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.
The specific building, with a total built-up area of 6,636 m2, will be reconstructed into a modern, green, and smart office building, which will incorporate the principles of bioclimatic design and aim for LEED certification.
This redesign of the building is part of Noval Property’s pursuit of utilizing old building stock and turning it into a modern, green, and bioclimatic one, thus confirming its commitment to invest in projects that contribute to sustainable development.
The value of the transaction amounted to EUR 10.96 million and was financed by Noval Property’s Green Bond.
Noval Property continues to steadily and consistently invest in office buildings, urban regeneration, logistics and residences with quality and green features, with the aim of creating value for its shareholders.
