Nine investment schemes passed to phase 2 of the tender for the 30% of AIA

Nine investment schemes have been selected by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRAD) to enter the second, bidding phase of the tender for the acquisition of the 30% of the share capital of Athens International Airport SA, currently owned by the Fund itself.

The investors selected are the following:

1. ADP GROUPE

2. AVIALLIANCE GMBh

3. FERROVIAL INTERNATIONAL SE

4. FIRST STATE INVESTMENTS

5. GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS

6. VINCI AIRPORTS

7. Joint Venture of ARDIAN INFRASTRUCTURE FUND S.C.A, SICAR and ARDIAN INFRASTRUCTURE FUND V B S.C.S. SICAV – RAIF

8. Joint venture between KKR and EGIS

9. Joint Venture of MEIF 6 ATTIC INVESTMENT, RAFFLES INFRA HOLDING and CHENGDONG INVESTMENT CORPORATION

The pre-selected investment schemes, after signing a Confidentiality Agreement, will receive the issue and documents of Phase B of the tender (Submission of Bid) and will have access to the digital database, data and other information about AIA.
