Minister of Development: Cheaper rentals until the end of the year
At the teleconference of the Athens Chamber of Commerce with the participation of the Minister of Development & Investment, Chambers of Commerce from various parts of Greece and representatives of the main professional sectors raised a number of issues.
The Minister Adonis Georgiadis announced a regulation on the issue of rents, in order to support companies and professionals from the financial consequences of the pandemic. “There will be an arrangement for rent by the end of the year. This will be decided and announced by the Ministry of Finance, so that there is at the same time the tax part, which must concern the property owners, in order to be fair. In other words, there will be a division of damage between all of us, ” the Minister of Development said.
