MAVA building sold in auction for €11.2 m

13 years after it’s been locked down, the MAVA Commercial building was put up for auction by Cepal Hellas, and it was sold.

The building is located on the highway Athens – Lamia, at the junction of new Philadelphia, and it consists of a basement, ground floor and two floors. It is built on a 13.3 sq km plot. The starting price was set at 4,050,000 EUR, and the property was awarded in the amount of 11,200,585 EUR, the price being increased by 177%.
