Lamda Development takes control of the company that manages Flisvos Marina
Lamda Development has agreed with D-Marinas B.V. of the DOGUS Group to acquire the remaining 50% of the shares of LAMDA DOGUS INVESTMENTS S.A.
LAMDA DOGUS INVESTMENTS holds 83.39% of the shares of LAMDA Flisvos Holding SA, a shareholder of 77.23% of LAMDA Flisvos Marina SA that manages the Flisvos Marina.
The consideration for the purchase of these shares is 12,393,000. The purchase of the shares is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2020.
