Kaizen Campus: Construction works begin on Kaizen Gaming’s new office building
Excavation works have begun on the construction site of the new Kaizen Gaming office building, which is expected to be completed by June next year. The design and construction of the office building has been undertaken by Dimand, one of the largest Greek real estate development company.
The architectural study envisages the construction of a new, state-of-the-art 3-storey building with 3 wings and a total area of 7,500 sq.m., while it will also have a basement where parking spaces and other main and auxiliary spaces will be housed. The ambition of the designers is for the building be a la landmark, which is why is designed to have a unique shape, an outstanding development of outdoor and indoor communication, great bioclimatic characteristics, and a smart choice of constructions and finishing materials.
The hybrid employment model that the company already applies will be the main direction for the architectural approach and the relevant layout of the spaces, in order to satisfy the maximum efficiency of its human resources that work either remotely or with a physical presence in the company’s offices.
