Investment activity in Greek shopping malls

Investment activity has recently been recorded in the field of commercial real estate in Greece. New players are emerging, new deals are closing and a strong pipeline is defining the Greek Malls picture.

According to a Pepper Hellas survey of shopping malls in 2019, Greece has the lowest proportion of the average GLA lease area per 1,000 inhabitants , per square meter, compared to the rest of Europe.
