German company ehret + klein acquired former newspaper headquarters in Athens

The development of the emblematic building where the Lambraki Journalistic Organization (DOL) was housed for decades and the most important pages of the Greek press were written, is undertaken by the German ehret + klein, through its subsidiary in Greece.

The property is a former publishing building at 1-3 Christou Lada Street, in Athens. The building offers approximately 3,500 sq.m. for rent and is located in the center of the so-called Commercial Triangle of Athens, which consists of Syntagma Square, Omonia Square and Monastiraki. The location is surrounded by historical monuments, art, culture, retail, the vibrant city center, and impressive administration buildings.

With an extensive renovation, the historic space with the Acropolis view, will be transformed into a modern office building. From an architectural and functional point of view, it will harmonize with the busy shopping area. It will meet business requirements and the highest standards of sustainability.
