GEK TERNA to rebuild earthquake-hit school in Damasi, central Greece
GEK TERNA, the construction company which builds the E65 highway, has agreed to build as part of its CSR policy, the school in Damasi, Tynavos which was hit by the severe 6 R earthquake last week and suffered damages beyond repair.
The PM himself contacted the CEO of the company and asked him to take over the construction of the new school. According to government spokeswoman Aristotelia Peloni, the company has agreed that the school will be ready for the new school year.
