Fourlis proceeded to the acquisition of Piraeus Retail Park, the shopping center at the junction of Piraeus and Kifissos avenues.
Reportedly the agreement for the shopping center developed by Ten Brinke, was signed at the end of last year and the official announcements are expected in the next few days.
Piraeus Retail Park, one of the largest projects under construction by Ten Brinke, was initially designed to become a closed center of 32,000 sq.m. After the pandemic, it was decided to develop an open retail park of 25,000 sq.m., which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022 on a land plot of 14,893 square meters.
This shopping center is expected to be listed on the Group’s Trade Estates, which is in the process of listing on the Stock Exchange.
