Former King Constantine of Greece sells “palace” in Porto Heli to Bulgarian businessman
Eight years ago, former King Constantine of Greece bought a palace in Porto Heli via an offshore company and recently he sold it to a Bulgarian telecommunications businessman residing in London. It is an Arabic architecture property that hardly passes unnoticed, built in Agios Aimilanos, in Porto Heli.
The contract of the first sale was signed on November 5, 2014, at the price of €5 m. The property features a private beach, a 30-meter swimming pool, 12 bedrooms, fountains and tiles brought from Morocco.

Some time ago Konstantinos decided to leave the seaside villa and settle permanently in Athens. The new buyer was found through personal acquaintances, and it appears that no real estate agency was involved. The buyer had visited Agios Emilianos last summer to see this property up close and tour its premises. Reportedly the deal for the sale was close to €10 m.
