Former Athens Chamber of Commerce chairman’s residence put at auction

The residence of the businessman and former president of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kyriakos Drakoulis Fountoukakos, has been put on electronic auction. The maisonette in Kifissia will be auctioned on November 2nd. The maisonette, which has been built on a plot of total area of one acre, is located in Ekali, Kifissia is a house of 453 m², which consists of basement, ground floor and first floor. The first bid price has been set at €534.000 by doValue Greece.

Meanwhile, ACN’s facilities in Metamorfosi, Attica, are also going to be put in auction, with a starting price of €2.785 m. ACN is a company of the Theocharopoulos family, which is active in the market of air conditioners, electrical and electronic appliances, in the field of ships, real estate and hotel businesses. The property is developed on a plot of 10.261 sq.m. and consists of three buildings.

Another auction will take place on 18 May, for a maisonette in Panorama of Thessaloniki, the owner of which is the veteran international footballer Ierocles Stoltidis. The auction concerns a three-level residence, which consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor and is part of a complex of houses, with tangent swimming pools. The first offer price has been set at €753.000 and it is fast-tracked by Intrum Hellas.
