Dutch company to acquire the property of EOMMEX in Tavros

The MRP of the Meijer family, one of the largest real estate development and utilization companies in the Netherlands, with a vehicle of “MRP TAVROS SA”, submitted the one and only binding offer for the former Hellenic Organization of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and Handicraft (EOMMEX) property, in Tavros, Attica. The property, which in the past housed EOMMEX warehouses, is in a residential area with a good location, adjacent to two major avenue. Another advantage is that the location of the building is a link between the center of Athens and areas of the southern suburbs.

One of the 5 buildings with a total area of 1,526.79 sq.m., located on a land plot of 3,295.75 sq.m., has been declared a monument. According to the plan, the specific building will be restored to become a landmark for the wider area.

As mentioned in the announcement of HRADF, the bid evaluation process will begin immediately to verify the fulfilment of the prescribed criteria. Then the financial bid will be unsealed, following the procedures.
