Cyprus: Development of two towers and a hotel in Larnaca

The company OMIKRO KTIMATIKI LTD plans the construction and operation of a residential and hospitality development under the name “STASTON PROJECT” in Larnaca. Specifically, the development, as mentioned in the study submitted to the Department of Environment, will consist of two residential towers (Tower A & Tower B) and a hotel.

The construction site of the project is located at a distance of about 500m north of the center of Larnaca city and at a distance of about 500 m southwest of the port.

The development consists of two tall residential buildings Tower A and Tower B as well as a hotel unit. Building A has 19 floors, while Building B has 27 floors. These buildings are intended for mixed use, as they include a total of 97 apartments, as well as shops, cafes, restaurants, gym and spa. Also, the two towers have two open underground parking spaces. There will be 218 parking spaces.

In addition, the development includes the construction of another high 25-storey building, which is intended for a 5-star hotel unit with a capacity of 168 rooms. The hotel unit includes restaurants, cafes, bars, gym, spa and areas for hotel staff, such as management and maintenance areas, as well as two underground parking lots. There will be 133 parking spaces.

The total development area is 11060 m2. The hotel will cover a total area of ​​3695 m2. The residential towers will cover a total area of ​​6357 m2.

In addition, the public green space will constitute 15% of the total area and will have an area of ​​1,659 m2. The public equipment will cover 2% of the total area of ​​the APM and will have an area of ​​221.2 m2. Also, the green space of the development will cover an area of ​​872 m2 (this area has been acquired by the owner).
