BriQ Properties to develop a logistics centre
BriQ Properties REIC announced that on July 30th is has signed a contract for the construction of a modern logistics centre, with fire protection specifications of category Z3 and a total area of 20,764 sq.m.
The logistics centre is being built on the neighboring plots acquired by the Company on 02.06.2020 in Aspropyrgos, Attica, with a total area of 57,529 sq.m.
The contractor’s consideration will amount to € 9,625,585 and will be paid in instalments until the completion of the project which is in the fall of 2021.
The investment will be financed from the funds raised during the recent increase of the Company’s share capital.
