BriQ Properties records a 27% rise in rent income
The increased income came as a result of the incorporation of the new assets purchased by the company in 2018.
More specifically, the rental income in the first quarter of 2019 amounted to €627 thousand compared to €493 thousand in the corresponding period last year, recording an increase of 27.1%. the net profit after tax for the first quarter of 2019 amounted to €172 thousand while the profits for the corresponding period last year were €213 thousand.
