BriQ Properties SA announced the completion of the acquisition of a fourth-floor office property with a total surface of 419.06 sq. m. located at 3 Mitropoleos Street in Syntagma Square.
Further to its announcement on 13.09.2019, BriQ Properties R.E.I.C. announced that it completed the acquisition of the 4th-floor office unit with a total surface of 419.06 sq. m., located at 3, Mitropoleos Street on Syntagma Square. The acquisition price for the property amounted to € 1,466K.
The Company was also declared the highest bidder in the following private and public auctions: 1. Six (6) office space properties on the 2nd, 3rdand 4th floor of an office building located at 280 Venizelou Avenue, Kallithea, with a total surface of 1,620 sq.m. The total acquisition price amounted to € 1,755K.2. A retail property with a total surface of 281.35 sq.m., located at 25 March Street in the city of Rhodes. The acquisition price for the property amounted to € 765K. All required formalities for the conclusion of the above two acquisitions are expected to be completed in the following days.
