Amazon is looking to expand in Greece
Reportedly Amazon has already approached the Greek government to acquire land in the greater area of Elefsina to set up a sorting and distribution center that will serve Southeast Europe and the Middle East.
The reason Greece has been selected is reportedly related to the location of the country that allows it access to the whole region, while also being one of the main countries and entry point for Chinese products.
There has not been much information released about the project, but it has been a word of mouth in the Greek market. An investment of this dynamic changes the Greek investment landscape for the best.
