Ηotel in Zakynthos together with an extra beachfront land going to auction on September 9th

The hotel is facing Alykes beach, which is one of the most popular beaches in Zante.

The hotel is built on a plot of 3,037.00 sq.m. It has a capacity of 36 rooms which are mainly double sea view type (front sea view or side sea view, some with pool view as well).

The hotel extends over three over-ground storeys of 1,518 sq.m., a roof top and a basement of 533 sq.m. It has a swimming pool and an outdoor sitting area.

The surface area of the extra plot is of 1,539.56 sq.m and it is buildable, offering an extra development potential of 870 sq.m, suitable for an expansion of the hotel with a total of 30 rooms, all sea view, mostly deluxe suites, some with private pool.

As aforementioned, the property is located in the area of Alykes, at a distance of 15 km from the town of Zakynthos and 16 km from the airport.

The area of Alykes records a high occupancy rate throughout the summer season, where the tourist’s channels are dominated by tour operators like TUI, Nordic, Corendon, etc. Occupancy reaches even 100% throughout the peak season, while standard operating period is from early May up to late October.

Zakynthos is a well know tourism destination that recently appears to be ranked in the 1st positions of the hotel investors, naming some outstanding investments like the Blackstone / Luis deal, the Domes / HIP agreement and the 5* Mabely Grand Hotel recent acquisition by foreign investors.
