BriQ Properties announced the buyout of Mr and Mrs White Tinos 4-star Hotel on the picturesque Greek island.
Mr and Mrs White Tinos is a luxury Hotel on the southern coast, 300 meters off the Agios Ioannis Beach. It is built on a land plot of 7,8 sq km.
The Hotel consists of three buildings and has 60 rooms, a swimming pool, a spa salon and a parking lot. It is currently leased by the Hotel Brain Capital company. BriQ acquired the Mr and Mrs White Tinos at €2,96 m.
