Thessaloniki: The Papageorgiou family acquired a commercial property in Tsimiski
An important deal in the real estate market of Thessaloniki was completed, with the purchase by the Papageorgiou family of a store at 75 Tsimiski street. The property is located at the most commercial part of Tsimiski Street and it was acquired by TEKTON AKEDA, a company of interests of the Papageorgiou family based in Siatista, which manages real estate. The Tsimiski deal was closed at a 7-figure price, as the property has a large ground floor, 240 sq.m., a basement of around 260 sq.m., and a loft of about 75 sq.m. Noval Property acquired an office building on Kifissias Avenue
Noval Property announced that it has acquired, after a tender process, an office building at 199 Kifisias Avenue in Marousi, formerly owned by HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. The specific building, with a total built-up area of 6,636 m2, will be reconstructed into a modern, green, and smart office building, which will incorporate the principles of bioclimatic design and aim for LEED certification. This redesign of the building is part of Noval Property's pursuit of utilizing old building stock and turning it into a modern, green, and bioclimatic one, thus confirming its commitment to invest in projects that contribute to sustainable development. The value of the transaction amounted to EUR 10.96 million and was financed by Noval Property's Green Bond. Trastor REIC announced the sale of a property at about 60% above the price it had acquired it four years ago.
