The REIT Gmp has closed the purchase of the current corporate headquarters in Madrid of the railway company Adif. The building, located at Calle Titan, 4, has over 10,000 square meters, occupied entirely by the public company, as well as 218 parking spaces.
The seller was the German fund Invesco, who bought it in 2011 for 40 million euros. On this occasion, the amount was not revealed.
GMP, which plans to go public next year, purchased two other office buildings earlier this year: Castellana 77 and Condesa de Venadito 1, both in Madrid.
In addition, it owns the BBVA Tower at Castellana 81, and Goya 14, current headquarters of Audiencia Nacional (the National Court).
