New Socimi on the Spanish Horizon

A real estate investment trust (known as a Socimi in Spain) from Luxembourg moves in to Madrid. Saint Croix Holding Immobilier, controlled by the Colomer family also owning Pryconsa, holds several hotels in Huelva and office buildings in Madrid.
Still, the Socimi will continue to trade on the Luxembourg stock exchange market (entrance pictured).
