Merlin Finalises Purchase Of New Assets For €150M

The Socimi Merlin Properties is finalising the purchase of new assets amounting to €150 million, after investing €1,250 million in 2014. Merlin, which debuted on the stock exchange on 30 June (2014), approved a capital increase of up to €400 million at a meeting of its shareholders on 1 April 2015.
