Lar Acquires Office Building In Barcelona For €19.7M

The Socimi, Lar España, in which the Pereda family holds a majority stake, has purchased an office building in Barcelona, measuring 8,610 m2, for €19.7 million. It is the first office block that the company has acquired outside of Madrid.
