Iberdrola Inmobiliaria Seals Malaga’s Greatest Office Deal

Through its real estate arm, Iberdrola has just signed a rental contract on 4.500 square meters of office space distributed over several buildings (plan pictured) inside Malaga Business Park, which in turn belongs to the Andalusia Technology Park (Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía, PTA), with Riplife Gaming Technologies.

In the transaction, showing as this year’s largest in the provincial office market, Iberdrola was advised by PTA. The agreement includes dozens of parking spaces.

Since its establishment in 2008, Riplife Gaming Technologies has been providing software development services for entertainment industry. The company is going to share Malaga Business Park with other prominent tenants like PricewaterhouseCoopers or Adecco, as well as with its landlord, Iberdrola Inmobiliaria.

Malaga Business Park is an enterprise complex of 18.000 built square meters. The area also encompasses loading and unloading docks and A-class offices.

Iberdrola Inmobiliaria owns a real estate portfolio offering more than 267.000 square meters of gross lettable area (GLA).
