How Engel & Völkers Sells Houses That Cost 700.000 Euros in Spain

Engel & Völkers, a German intermediary real estate company specialized in the luxury property, managed a purchase of 603 properties in Spain during last year. It earned 435 millon Euros, a 48,5% bigger amount than the one registered in 2012.

Mean asset price was 719.759 Euros, that means rise by 11,6% in comparison with the previous year.

Furthermore, Engel & Völkers managed a total of 435 rents, (average of 2.496 Euros per month), marking a decline by 11,3% in reference to 2012.

The real estate intermediary company has opened 12 new establishments in Spain, basically in Madrid and Barcelona, and sold 14 licences (…).

The managing director of the Spanish branch, David Scheffler, points out that his “real estate market took different steps within the best localizations than the residencial one”.

In the global scale, Engel & Völkers gained its total revenues on 18,2% commissions, up to 271,9 millon Euros that is its top score by now.
